Stephen Pacicco
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Pacicco is responsible for establishing our corporate strategy while achieving overall execution milestones.
Mr. Pacicco brings more than 15 years of healthcare and healthcare technology experience to the company. He spent 11 years at Pfizer in the U.S. Pharmaceutical’s Strategic Planning and Business Development group. In this role, Mr. Pacicco was responsible for determining the impact on pharmaceutical R&D, marketing and sales from the emerging trends in healthcare technology – particularly point-of-care applications such as electronic medical records and electronic prescribing. It was out of this work that he conceptualized and launched Amicore, a joint venture among Pfizer, Microsoft and IBM focused on providing electronic medical record software to physician groups.
Mr. Pacicco joined Amicore and completed a number of acquisitions, which established the product foundation for the company. Later, as executive vice president, he became responsible for marketing, sales and client services. He graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in chemical engineering and received an MBA in finance and marketing from Columbia University.
Louis Hyman

Chief Technology Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Hyman is responsible for researching, establishing and executing our technology and product strategies.
Mr. Hyman’s healthcare information technology expertise was developed through his more than 14 years in strategic technology roles. He has developed successful healthcare connectivity solutions, physician practice management systems, electronic prescribing applications and computerized order entry tools for physician practices, payers and nursing homes. Prior to joining SigmaCare, Mr. Hyman held executive and senior management positions at iDeal Technologies, Inc., WebMD and LaPook Lear Systems, Inc., after launching his career as a systems engineer with IBM Corporation.
Mr. Hyman graduated summa cum laude with a BS in computer science from St. John's University and is regarded as a luminary in the healthcare information technology field. His work has appeared in several healthcare industry publications and is a consistent presenter at a number of the nation’s top healthcare information technology events.
